This has a well defined and polished atmosphere so it could easily be used in certain video games. Nice composition!

Thank you for the kind words :D!

Must I say any more?
Oh, okay. This tune completely fulfills its role as 8-bit happiness. There's a lot of cool stuff here on Newgrounds, some really complicated amazing stuff even. But most of it is not near this... happy. :)

Troisnyx responds:

I'm actually glad it did fulfil its role. Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you! :D

Oh man, what can I say? This great remix has a unique feel to it. Calm in an interesting way. The only thing I would change - cut a bit off the high frequency of the guitar. It seems a sudden extreme jump out of the calm pitch range to my ears.

Well thanks, bro. Now I'm all happy and smiley and crap. :)
Somewhat repetitive. I think a simple melody/bridge thing introduced at around 1:42 or 1:55 would have added a nice variety.

I like it. I was going to say it sounds too congested, then I realized I had two instances of the song playing at once! It created an interesting effect that could be used in a less muddled form.

The first half sounds balanced too far to the right.

DanJohansen responds:

Glad you are loving the shit out of the tune man! Thanks for being a fan!

What a great melody! And what happy beats! This is cool. I'm tempted to grade those parts alone and give you 5 stars, but reviewing the whole track: The non-melodic part seemed too long and drawn out. I would love to see a more active, dynamic composition with the same base melody used. Though I can see this specific structure being cleverly used to fit a video.

Not my type of music, but well composed and certainly amusing. I can certainly see this as a theme for a robot in a video game. (Or perhaps a lawnmower, as a reference to Hisana's humorous comment.) Feels a bit repetitive for a playlist, but great for a video game.

Catchy. Despite all the layers the beginning felt too empty to me. But that emptiness worked well to accentuate the drawing together / saturation towards the end. Super climax, but the funny passive ending transition effect "killed the karma".

I think it is salty enough. ;)

15thDimension responds:

Awesome, thanks for the review. Wouldn't want it to be too bland.

Very pleasant, relaxing, yet certainly not dead or boring. I do not know what the name means but it feels very fitting to the music. Oh memories. Oh nostalgia. Oh stories of what was and what wasn't that fill my mind.

15thDimension responds:

Oh the stories

The base tune is really really nice but it is kinda repetitive.
The high notes are too loud. Ouch.
Super catchy!

Half-baked coder, musician, and writer. Chronically ill. Possibly a vampire. I want chocolate.
