Reminds me of Sonic3/Sonic&Knuckles Sky Sanctuary Zone. Yeehaw! This piece is great, but it gets old to me before the entire 4:45 duration.
I don't think it saved my highscore... :(

I'm dancing in my chair. This music is everything you said it is. I cannot think of anything to criticize. :)
Seems you are a natural at composition. This isn't perfect but it is great! It is a bit too "rigid", repeating sounds in very set structures. I think it would help a lot to make the melody lines bend and flow like they usually do with somebody playing a real instrument. You know, dynamics and all. :) But the automation for that can be a pain. Maybe you should redo this composition some time. Very cool atmosphere.
definitely having a small tiff in my life trying to figure out what to do next with my music >< I figured that taking Music Theory would help, but instead it just made my music even more "overly structured". Kinda pissed I took it, cuz now I gotta learn how to undo everything I learned. My professor and I got into a fight because he said that music theory will teach me how to do compositions better, but that's not the truth at all, music theory should be learning from my compositions. I'm reorganizing my audio workstation now and software, since i got a new computer, so that I can get back at it. ^^ Thanks for the review!
Most of it felt very "ambient" to me. The music didn't really go anywhere, it just hovered around in space for a while. That's not a bad thing. Then around 3:00 it picked up some beat and became more driving, though it still kept the "ambient" feeling because of not really having a defined music path, if you know what I mean.
This is far from overbearing unlike most trance. :P It is calmer, yet it is still trance. It is energetic and relaxing. Does that make sense? I approve. :)
Sounds like a mix between Native American and Celtic, especially at the intro. The instruments coming exclusively from one channel (left or right) is too weird and not recommended. Only hearing a sound from one ear is generally unrealistic, but it works well for techno effects and such. What is the name of this tune?
Emotional, very. I feel like I can identify with the music, if that makes sense.
Nice Celtic touch. Cool blossoming from the solo piano to support from violin, drums, and other stuff.
Heard some pretty sweet background instrumentals around 1:30. Wish I could have heard them a little better. :)
I like the simple, steady, "hovering" feel of this rendition.
Half-baked coder, musician, and writer. Chronically ill. Possibly a vampire. I want chocolate.
