Wash those troubles away! Great stuff. The heavy rain at the end really hit the spot. :)

Fubaka responds:

Actually, that's a river. :P

Sounds great, and the lyrics are great too!

Wrote your own language? Kids these days have too much free time. Grin. I think you hit the atmosphere spot-on.

Troisnyx responds:

Eeee, thanks! : ) I felt I fumbled, a bit, with the atmosphere, but I did my best.

And Sauveterrané became a pet project of mine because I wanted to express myself in something that didn't sound remotely like English, French or Malay (the three languages I'm fluent in), in the event I couldn't find words in either language.

Ooo, nice.

Thank you for producing something a little different from your usual music. It sounds great. People probably prefer your other tracks because they are more fun to actively listen to, because they make good "foreground music". I think this track has a particularly good potential for use in video games, as background music.

Oh, this is great. I don't even know what London Underground is. The recording quality is rather low, but Seán's script and your voicing of it are nice. Now, will you please excuse me? My axe has some orcs to mind.

Troisnyx responds:

The London Underground is the all-famous subway train connecting much of London, and parts of the surrounding counties. I will openly and readily admit this was recorded with a phone, and passed on Audacity's noise removal! XD

Mind you don't get yourself killed when dealing with the Orcs...

Nice! This reminds me of Matt Uelman's music (like in the free Torchlight II soundtrack), but I prefer your music.

This will go perfectly in my collection of "blue" music. The percussion seems to jump into the picture a little too aggressively. I think I would personally prefer the theme to play for a round without percussion, then have some standard drummy transition into the percussionified version. Sorry, I hope that is understandable. :o)

IglicaV responds:

Yes, it is understandable :D If I'll make a song similar to this one, I'll try to mess around with percussion a bit more : ) Thank you for your comment!

If I liked this style of music, I'm sure I would love this piece. :) Even not caring for this style of music, I think this piece sounds pretty good.

If I were mixing in the vocal parts I would probably turn down the bass end and try to send them more to the background. As they are now I find them... unsettling. (Alternatively, the piece would stand just fine without the vocals.) Other than that, I find no fault. Yummy music!

Half-baked coder, musician, and writer. Chronically ill. Possibly a vampire. I want chocolate.
