Your musics are very good at making me smile. Even if some of them sound very similar. I don't quite like this piece as much as others. It 'bangs on my head' too much. Anyway, it gave me four grins out of five possible, so here's your change: :)

I once was in charge of a cabin full of very young campers. They were very energetic and inattentive, but I discovered that I could control them by playing Irish music with my tinwhistle. :)

You sure they weren't mice?

Inception's music/action dynamics combo was particularly impressive to me. Good choice. And nice work recreating the feel.

And since when was old music not good? :P Sounds great. Perhaps a bit too much "inside my head" sounding and repetitive.

This actually sounds a lot like a hymn called "Stricken, Smitten, and Afflicted". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWOJAZgaetU

Thank you! :)

The style of the original actually appeals to me more, but I can look past that and see how much improved and how perfectly Waterflambeau this piece is. :D

Yay! A relatively unique composition, XayberOptix style! It seems to lie somewhere between melodic and ambient. My only complaint would be that the main drum thing sometimes seems to be complicating the sound somehow. I think this is because it sounds rather dry while everything else has lots of reverb. This, combined with how loud it is, I think makes it stand out in attention beyond all other instruments.

Very nice!

A very constructive review. Much appreciated!

Respect.

XayberOptix responds:

Thank you.

Your playing isn't flawless and professional, but it is delicate and the emotions come through well. It sort of has a personal touch to it. As such, I enjoy listening to this a lot more than a lot of professionally played piano music.

Musicious responds:

Thank you! I do my best :)

Yay shop theme! And soooo repetitive, just like the original. :D

There is no game that I want to remix more than Fantasy Zone. I have been drawing out plans for an orchestral medley type thing of all the music from Fantasy Zone for NES, but I don't know if I'll ever get it done. I'm still learning the ropes of making music on the computer.

I really like the variety in instruments and how they're used. There is plenty of inspiration for me in this mashup. Thxbro!

I wrote up a list of all my favorite ideas, then the browser crashed. :|

Half-baked coder, musician, and writer. Chronically ill. Possibly a vampire. I want chocolate.
