Very nice, my good man. Always good to hear some sweet live instrumentals on Newgrounds.

samulis responds:

I have a bunch more I need to upload at some point. :)

Short, yes, but sweet enough that I keep replaying it.

IglicaV responds:

Thank you! :D

Yes, I do enjoy it. Merry Christmas to you. ^^

I have a new Waterflame favorite. ^^ It holds to the trademark Waterflame style while blending in new elements in a perfectly complementary way. Waterflame LVL UP!

Happy New Year, dude.

Not all heroes do. :(

That quiet (muted?) snare really enhances the mood for me, giving a feeling of weakness, like an aching heart.

I think... I think I have ascended to a higher plane of existence.

Thanks for this lovey improv. For some reason I'm imagining it as the menu music for a visual novel.

XayberOptix responds:

If you have a novel in mind, I'd sure love to check it out! :) Thanks for your words of encouragement.

Welcome back. ^^

I love all the interesting sounds. Good melody, and repetitive in a /good/ way. :)

Nice ending wobble, too.

OpenLight responds:

Thank you! Especially for making a note of that ending wobble haha. That was somewhat of an accident that I turned into something I really liked, so I'm glad someone else liked it too.

Thanks for the review.

Wow, beautiful music and beautiful words. It pains me that my psychological problems are withholding me from once again excelling at computer programming and music (or anything at all), but at least I am still able to enrich the lives of others in small ways. :)

I'm imagining this track with live violin playing. That would be delicious.

(The text in the video is really hard to read because the color is similar to the background in places.)

Calamaistr responds:

Yeah i know, i noticed these things, also one of the words was mispelled but i cant be arsed to rerender it on yt. Anyway, also look as your struggling as a journey that inspires your music and perhaps also your programming, if not during, then it will definately give you willpower to do so after. It does for me, without my abillity to make music i wouldve ended it a long time ago. -cal.

Wow, nice work with LMMS.

DJStriden responds:

Thank you :)

Half-baked coder, musician, and writer. Chronically ill. Possibly a vampire. I want chocolate.
